PRELIMINARY INSPECTION/CONSULTATION. DISCUSSED THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:
-MOBILE TRAILER HAS BEEN PRE-FABRICATED AND CONSTRUCTION IS COMPLETE. -30 GALLON FRESH WATER TANK AND 50 GALLON WASTEWATER TANK. -OUTLET FOR WASTEWATER TANK IS BELOW THE INLET FOR FRESH WATER. -ALL EQUIPMENT IS SEALED IN PLACE AND NSF APPROVED. -JUAN WILL CONTACT THE KANKAKEE TOWNSHIP ABOUT A POSSIBLE FIRE INSPECTION. -MOBILE UNIT HAS A FOOD THERMOMETER AND CHLORINE TEST STRIPS. -CFPMS EXPIRE IN APRIL 2024. CLASSES ARE SCHEDULED TO RENEW. -HAVE ALL OTHER EMPLOYEES COMPLETE FOOD HANDLER CERTIFICATION. -THERE IS AN AWNING OVER BOTH SERVICE WINDOWS. BOTH WINDOWS ARE SCREENED. -PROVIDE A LETTER FROM FRUTERIA Y CARNICERIA GRANTING PERMISSION TO USE THEIR LICENSED FACILITY AS YOUR COMMISSARY. -WILL NEED A FOOD GRADE WATER HOSE FOR FRESH WATER. -ALL CFPMS MUST COMPLETE ALLERGEN AWARENESS TRAINING. -PROVIDE A BODILY FLUIDS CLEAN UP KIT. -THE EXTERIOR DOOR IS NOT SELF-CLOSING. REPAIR WITH A HYDRAULIC CLOSER OR SPRING. -PROVIDE A THERMOMETER FOR ALL COLD HOLDING EQUIPMENT. ONCE THE PLAN REVIEW IS APPROVED, A PRE-OPENING INSPECTION WILL BE SCHEDULED. THE 2024 FOOD LICENSE APPLICATION AND PAYMENT WILL BE RECEIVED AT THIS INSPECTION. |
